Your login credentials – the email address and password – are just a way to identify you in each system. Again, it’s obvious that these are two completely separate services. To resolve these permissions issues, you would have to uninstall AccountRight and then reinstall it with full Windows administrator permissions. If the report doesn’t export, then it would suggest that the antivirus is the cause of the issue and you may have to put an exemption into your antivirus software.Īssuming the report does export regardless of whether or not the antivirus software is active, would imply that there are permissions issues between AccountRight and Excel.
